The trip runs from 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 through Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Pick up and drop off points at the beginning and end of this trip will be offered in Reykjavik Town Centre and Keflavík International Airport (KEF). Town drop off will be by 5:30 PM and airport drop off by 6:30 PM on our last day. We are unable to drop individuals off at their final destinations, but we can assist you with making those arrangements.
The total cost for our trip is $2,900.
Land Sea Sky pilgrimage alumni and current members of The Troth get in at a discounted rate of $2,700.
All prices listed are for shared occupancy. Roommates may be requested. Some single rooms are available for an additional cost of $400.
Payments
50% of total trip costs should be paid by March 18, 2018.
100% should be paid for by June 18, 2018. If you are joining our trip late, and need a flexible payment schedule, please be in touch. All payments made are non-refundable. We are happy to work out a monthly payment schedule if needed.
What is Included
Trip costs include seven nights of lodgings and eight days of travel, entrance fees to sites and tours on the itinerary (unless otherwise noted), tips for coach driver and guides, breakfast for six mornings, and all class materials and handouts on the trip. We will also have a google group open for trip participants, six month prior to and six months following the trip. We will have one group dinner at Skjaldarvik Guesthouse that is included in the trip price.
Included in this trip is access to Land Sea Sky Travel for help with finding affordable airfare, help with booking accommodations before and after the trip, and further site and pilgrimage suggestions, if you wish to explore Iceland and beyond on your own.
Not included is airfare, travel insurance (which we strongly recommend you purchase), seven dinners, and eight lunches.
